    1. How do I place an order?

    When you have browsed and selected a product, you may place your order by simply completing the following steps:

    1.1. Click Add to Cart

    You may browse more products if you want and repeat the same process until you have added all your desired products on your virtual cart.

    1.2. Click Shopping Cart

    Shopping Cart can be seen on the upper right corner of your browser. The details about your order will appear in this page. If you have a Discount Code and/or Gift Voucher Code, you may input them on the corresponding fields. You may also change your order and remove products on this page or browse for more products by clicking Continue Shopping.

    1.3. Click Checkout

    By clicking checkout means you have confirmed the details about your order such as the quantity and the price. Clicking it will lead you to the Checkout options.

    1.4. Log in

    In the Checkout options, the log in field will appear if you were not logged in yet. Orders will not be processed unless this condition is met. If you are a new customer, we will be requiring you to input minimal personal details such as name, email address and contact details. Please fill up the form and secure your password for future transactions. Registration is absolutely FREE!

    1.5. Fill up the required details

    Please fill up the billing and delivery details and the methods of delivery and payment suited to your preference. Please do not forget to check the terms of service.

    1.6. Click Confirm Order

    Once everything was filled up, click the Confirm Order button to finish the process. Be sure the double check everything before clicking.

     

    2. How will I pay for my orders?

    There are several methods to pay your accounts.

    2.1. Cash on Pick Up

    You may opt to pick up your order from our office which is located at Unit 1901 AIC Burgundy Empire Tower ADB Ave. cor. Garnet and Sapphire Rd., Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Do not forget to bring atleast one valid ID for confirmation of identity. Please be reminded that not all products have Cash on Pick Up option.

    2.2. GCASH

    You may pay through GCASH. Please transfer the exact amount to our GCash mobile number: 0905-486-0853.

    2.3. SMART Money

    You may also pay through SMART Money. Please transfer the exact amount to our SMART Money mobile number: 0919-629-3866 or transfer to our SMART Money BDO Account number: 5299-6732-8388-9114.

    2.4. Bank Transfer

    You may also pay through bank transfer. Please deposit the exact amount to our BDO ccount number: 0046-4010-7520. The account name is JUH Corporation.

    2.5. Paypal

    Orders amounting to at least Php 1000.00 can be paid through Paypal.

     

    3. How will I get/receive my orders?

    There are two ways to get your orders. One is by picking up the product from our office which is located at Unit 1901 AIC Burgundy Empire Tower ADB Ave. cor. Garnet and Sapphire Rd., Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Another way is to let us deliver it straight at your doorstep. In cases where orders are in form of vouchers, MyAsiaOutlet.com PH will send the electronic voucher to your email. Please print the e-voucher to present it to the establishment.

     

    4. How fast does MyAsiaOutlet.com process my orders?

    All MyAsiaOutlet.com PH orders are processed during business hours, Mondays to Fridays (8AM to 5PM GMT+8 for Philippines).

    Orders received after 5PM will be processed the following business day.

    The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. MyAsiaOutlet.com PH reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

     

    5. Can I cancel my order?

    All orders are acknowledged upon receipt of orders through the shopping cart. If the items ordered are available from stocks, MyAsiaOutlet.com PH immediately packs the item and book the shipment to common carrier or special courier upon confirmation of shipping address.

    If you cancel an order due to change of mind or for other reasons (except if the items ordered are declared not available or out of stock) a penalty surcharge equivalent to 15% of the total value of order will be imposed.

    If the ordered item is suddenly out of stock, you will be notified of the possible delay of your shipment. In this case, you have the option of waiting for your order or canceling it instead.

     

    6. How much will I pay for the shipping?

    The cost of shipping depends on the location of the delivery address and the weight of the items you ordered. After inputting the delivery details on the Checkout options, the delivery charges will be computed automatically.

    MyAsiaOutlet.com PH ships ordered goods through any of our in-house courier group or, through any of our authorized couriers such as LBC, AIR21 and 2GO, XEND and FEDEX. These authorized couriers reserve the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier partners. The terms specified under the Conditions of Contract of these couriers apply on packages shipped through them, respectively.

    Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day they were processed which is usually 2 to 3 days. For orders to be delivered to a Philippine estination, please allow 3 to 5 days for Metro Manila and 7 - 10 days for Outside Metro Manila. For international destinations, standard delivery schedules of the couriers apply.

    MyAsiaOutlet.com PH does not assume responsibility for, and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of ordered goods by its authorized courier.

     

    7. I am not receiving any emails from MyAsiaOutlet.com PH, what is the problem?

    This may be because of spam filters that choose which messages will make it to your inbox and which seems unwanted. There were some cases where the filters mistakenly mark messages as spam and instead of allowing it to your inbox, they deliver it to your Spam folder instead (or Junk, or Bulk, depending on your email program).

    To prevent this, you may just add marketing.ph@myasiaoutlet.com to your address book or contact list. Or follow the instructions below:

    Yahoo Mail / GMail:
    1. Open your yahoo mail or gmail account.
    2. Click on the Spam folder.
    3. Find the message from MyAsiaOutlet.com PH and open it.
    4. Click Not Spam at the top of the page.

    Hotmail:
    1. Open your hotmail account.
    2. Click on the Junk folder.
    3. Find the message from MyAsiaOutlet.com PH and open it.
    4. Click Not Junk at the top of the page and remove the email address of the sender
    from the list of spam senders.

     

    8. Can I buy a deal as a gift?

    Yes! You can purchase anything at MyAsiaOutlet.com PH and give it as a gift to a friend. In case of vouchers or Gift Cheques, all of these are transferable (unless stated otherwise in the deal fineprint). Moreover, only the original price is written on the voucher, not the price you bought it for, thus making it a perfect gift.
